Grilled Chicken Teriyaki FP

 

I am grilling for a collaboration we are doing with other ladies who follow THM. If you don’t kow what THM is you really need to find out! It is a healthy way of eating that allows you to lose weight and maintain your weight.

The reason I chose Chicken Teriyaki is because this is one of our favorite flavors on chicken. The store bought is not friendly to our needs and this is a healthy alternative! I hope you all will give this recipe and try and blow your family or guest away with this simple and easy meal!

Ingredients

Marinade

1/2 C Liquid Aminos (Soy Sauce)

1/3 C White Wine

1 T Coconut Oil

1 T Minced Onion

1 Clove Garlic

1 T Xylitol or Gentle sweet

1 t Ground Ginger

3/4 t Salt

Meat

3 lbs Chicken Breast

 

Mix all the marinade ingredients together. Pour over chicken and marinade at least 1 hour. Heat the grill and cook about 7 minutes on each side. Keep on eye on it you do not want to burn. Enjoy this over some kelp noodles. You can order some online at www. netrition.com .
