I made these Beef Kabobs and they were amazing! I can’t tell you how much I liked them but I liked them and loved them! I will be making these at least ever 2 weeks this summer! I hope you all enjoy the recipe. By the way all my children liked the kabobs except for Jeremiah who does not like meat very much!
If you follow THM this is an S setting which just means that you are eating healthy fats and do not eat carbs with this! 😀
1/3 C Olive oil
1/2 C Liquid Aminos (Soy Sauce)
1/4 C Lemon Juice
1 t Ground Mustard
3 T White Wine Vinegar
1 Garlic Clove
1 t Black Pepper
1 1/2 t Salt
3 Lbs Lean Beef (We used round steak and it was tender)
Veggies to your liking for the Kabob
Mix the first 8 ingredients together and mix well. Chop beef into 1 inch cubes and place in a gallon bag. Pour marinade on top and seal the bag getting as much air out as possible. Leave to marinate at least 4 hours in the fridge or overnight if possible.
Turn on your grill to get it ready to cook.
While it is heating assemble the kabobs. We used metal skewers but if you use wood soak them for at least 15 minutes before assembling them. Once the kabobs are assembled cook them however you like your meat; well done, medium well, medium ect.
