Cilantro Lime Shrimp & Zucchini Noodles THM FP
I was going to make some food for a friend and I knew that they liked sea food even though I am not a fan of it myself. She is also on a diet and trying to lose weight. I wanted to be respectful of her decision so, I made this recipe. It turned out amazing! I know I said I am not a fan of sea food but for this dish I will make an exception any DAY!

Cilantro Lime Shrimp Recipe
Serves 4 | Prep Time: 10 Mins | Cook Time: 5 Mins
1 lb tail-on jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
Big pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (stems and leaves)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
Fresh lemon wedges

For the Zucchini Noodles
1/4 C white wine (or vinegar)
1/4t salt plus a pinch
